By taking this course, you will learn the necessary requirements of the classroom portion and receive hands-on instruction for your concealed weapons permit application.
The students will first participate in classroom instruction for Delaware CCDW requirements.
Then receive Hands on, live-fire training this is also a requirement which will include; Range Safety, shooting fundamentals, clearing malfunctions, and 250 round course of fire.
(NO) Prerequisites Required
OUR OBJECTIVES IS AS FOLLOWS:
Safe handling of firearms,
Proper storage of Firearms & Ammunition,
Firearms & Ammunition,
child safety,
Firearms shooting fundamentals and maintaining skills competency
Laws related to firearms & the use of deadly force for self-defense,
Mental preparation, and managing conflict and violent situations.
Proper weapon Selection & Fit
Firearm ownership responsibilities,
Causes of firearms accidents,
WHAT IS NEEDED FOR CLASS
The Firearm you plan to carry
Concealment holster and or method of concealment (purse,sling bag, belly band, ect.)
Ammunition for that Firearm
Handgun: Semi-automatic or revolver
250 rounds of ammunition
A minimum of 2 magazines for semi-automatic or 2 speed loader for revolvers
Hearing and Eye Protection
We highly recommed electronic muffs
Appropriate range clothing to including closed toe sneakers or boots
American Defense will have Eye & ear protection for Sale on range day
