At American Defense Civilian Training Group , We strive to provide quality training and products, and we understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our scheduling and preparation,

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If a student contacts us at least 72 hours before the scheduled class, We allow one opportunity to reschedule the class within 90 days of the original class date, provided the new class is of equal or lesser value. Rescheduling requests must be confirmed and documented by our staff.

In the rare event that we cancel a class, students will be given the option to either reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund of the class fee.

For merchandise purchased through our website or storefront, all refund and return requests are handled through Printify.com in accordance with their policies. We will assist customers with the process to the best of our ability to ensure a smooth experience.

Note:

First Responders Only (Law Enforcement, State Licensed Security, Fire, EMS, Military/Veteran, Nurse, Doctor, Etc.) Validation will be required for first responder DISCOUNT. A photo of a work ID will suffice for validation.
